Hi, I’m Kathy Hughes, founder of HeartPath Coaching.
After nearly a decade leading talent acquisition and HR programs at companies like Dell Technologies, Archer IRM, Alegeus, and Salesloft, I realized something important: careers and workplaces thrive when strategy and compassion work together. That’s why I created HeartPath Coaching — to guide professionals through every stage of their career journey and help HR leaders build people-first cultures.
