About HeartPath Coaching
My Story
Hi, I’m Kathy Hughes, founder of HeartPath Coaching.
After nearly a decade leading talent acquisition and HR programs at companies like Dell Technologies, Archer IRM, Alegeus, and Salesloft, I realized something important: careers and workplaces thrive when strategy and empathy in career coaching work together. That’s why I created HeartPath Coaching — to guide professionals through every stage of their career journey and help HR leaders build people-first cultures.
Whether you’re a recent graduate, a mid-career professional considering a pivot, an executive stepping into leadership, or an HR team wanting to put more heart into your policies and practices, I bring the same care, clarity, and practical expertise that helped me scale global recruiting teams and launch impactful development programs.
I also offer personalized HR support for professionals — helping you navigate performance reviews, negotiate offers and promotions, understand workplace policies, prepare for difficult conversations, and confidently advocate for yourself in any professional situation, including comprehensive resume and interview preparation.
At HeartPath, we don’t just update resumes or write policies — we help you find your true path and create workplaces where people feel seen, supported, and able to grow.
If you’re ready to move forward with confidence and compassion, I’d love to walk that path with you.
Warmly, Kathy Hughes Founder, HeartPath Coaching
